I undertook two artist residencies at Coppermoss in Tuwanek, Sechelt, British Columbia in May 2018 and March 2019. During these residencies I started my newest series of work exploring native plants of British Columbia and their cultural significance for indigenous peoples. My research later expanded to studying the collection of preserved plants at the UBC Herbarium Museum, some of which date back to early 1900.  This has led to my current series of drawing titled Lost Gardens. My next artist residency at Coppermoss will be in May 2021.
